Who is responsible

Alpine's Gallery Night, Inc. runs Artwalk Alpine and is responsible for the information collected here. To reach us, use the contact page or write to the mailing address shown there. Contact us.

What we collect

• What you type into an application form: business or organization name, contact details, the items you will sell or show, your answers to the form's questions, and the name you type as your signature.
• Your sales tax permit number, if a form asks for it. It is collected to record vendors' sales tax permit status; legal basis pending CPA confirmation.
• The internet address (IP address) and browser type used when you submit an application, and the time the form took to fill in. These help us spot automated spam and keep a record of the signature.
• Messages you send us and any information in them.
• If you pay or give online: your name, your email address, the amount and the status of the payment, as PayPal reports them to us. We never receive card numbers.
• Basic visit statistics, only when analytics is switched on (see Analytics below).

While you fill in an application, your browser keeps an unsent draft for that browser session only. It is not sent to us until you submit.

We do not collect or store card or bank numbers. You can pay online on PayPal's checkout page, or mail a check or money order to us. Never send card or bank numbers by email or in a form.

Who can see it

• Named board members of Alpine's Gallery Night, Inc., who sign in with two-step verification.
• Start Local, LLC, which hosts the site for the board and has technical access to the shared project that stores this information.

Services that handle it for us

• Supabase. Database and application functions that store submitted forms.
• Vercel. Web hosting for this site.
• PayPal. Processes online payments and donations by card, PayPal or Venmo. You enter payment details on PayPal's checkout page, not on this site. PayPal gives us the payer's name, email address, the amount and the payment status. Checks and money orders are mailed to us and do not involve PayPal.
• Resend. Sends confirmation and board notification emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Checks that a form is sent by a person; it receives technical details about your browser.
• Google Analytics. Visit statistics, only when analytics is switched on.
• Google Workspace. Board email and shared files.
• Start Local's automated development tools. Maintain the site. They run counts and combined totals only and do not read applicant, message or member records.

For now, confirmation and board emails are sent through Start Local's email account. This changes when Alpine's Gallery Night, Inc. switches on its own sending address.

Analytics

This site does not load analytics at this time.

We use no advertising pixels.

Logs

Resend, Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare keep delivery and request logs, which can include email addresses, IP addresses and browser types. They keep them per provider defaults, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed to run the event and meet record-keeping obligations.

Removal is done by hand after the board asks, so a record may stay a while after it is no longer needed.

To see the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, use the contact page or write to the mailing address shown there. Payment records may have to stay as financial records.
